What exceeded expectations

Developer is very responsive, and built out a new feature that was critical to my ideal workflow within a couple of days. Workflow is very customizable and the system has been rock solid. A very nice upgrade from the Shopify Collabs app.

What was disappointing

I wish payments were easier for my end collaborations, but that's probably on their end and not the app's.
