The app we previously used didn’t allow us to feature additional products or build bundles on a single product page. This app finally gives us that capability, and the support team has been fantastic. They respond quickly, are open to ideas, and are willing to make minor adjustments. For example, we needed the app to appear in the quick-buy section on our collection grid, and since our theme supports specific blocks, this was extremely important for our website. The app does an excellent job of upselling by encouraging higher order volumes with effective discount incentives. The level of customization available for how these offers are displayed on the product page is impressive and enjoyable to work with. Overall, it’s an app I’ll be recommending to my clients when it fits their needs.
What was disappointing
It’s hard for me to offer much negative feedback because the app has been great overall. The only thing that didn’t sit well with me is how heavily they promote their other apps within this one. It’s understandable they’re a business and want users to be aware of their full suite, but it’s the only aspect that really stood out to me. Another thing to note is that you must select a plan before gaining access to the app. Once the trial ends, it automatically moves to a paid plan. However, by that point, you’ll likely recognize the value of the app and feel comfortable with the upgrade. Everything else has been very positive.
