What exceeded expectations
This app is a quiet powerhouse. The interface is clean, intuitive, and feels like it was built for real Shopify operators, and those with small teams working on big catalogs. Once you set up your automations for metafields, bulk edits, and recurring updates, it becomes one of those tools you forget you’re even using because it just saves you time and money in the background. If you’re serious about keeping your catalog clean and efficient without burning hours every week, this is hands-down one of the best investments in the Shopify ecosystem. Customer service is fast, friendly and helpful. Though you won't need much help.
What was disappointing
I would prefer that the automatons had some level of free package rather than only on the more expensive option. I use the app on 2 stores and cost is important.

Being able to access ALL product data, including metafields, and Shopify Market data I am able to bulk edit quickly which is essential as we launch over 400 new products at least twice per year. The filtering is also excellent vs the standard Shopify product filter which allows me to create various product lists that supports the wider team such as photographers and the warehouse team.
What was disappointing
None, all of the features of this app are great and I would highly recommend this app to anyone who handles a catalogue of more than 100 products.
