What exceeded expectations

BTA is highly rated as a tool for booking workshops, so it didn't feel like a big risk to try it out. As with anything, it took a little bit of fiddling to get it running, but has been smooth ever since. It is easy to create new classes, change reservations, cancel seats and create on-off registrations.

What was disappointing

I wouldn't say anything is necessarily disappointing but there are a few features I'd love to see in the future, like archiving old events, seeing analytics in the currency I am using (USD) vs the CAD that is displayed
