What exceeded expectations

We have never had an issue with the tool breaking, or changing unexpectedly, once setup on our site, which I appreciate.

What was disappointing

The ability to place the inline code can get a bit banged up on a responsive mobile view... but with some manual adjustments in liquid it can be accounted for.
