What exceeded expectations

Love the ability to customize the review forms to ask custom questions. We chose this tool for the ability to sync reviews to other .com listings such as Walmart.

What was disappointing

Overall, implementation and upkeep are very tedious and old school. We had to work with a team to get this implemented and that took over two months. Not nearly as up-to-date as other review platforms.
