What exceeded expectations
The core mechanism, syndicating reviews out to retail partners by matching product codes, works well for content collected natively going forward. When I brought the vendor hard, specific evidence of a data problem, their technical team accepted it and fixed it within a couple of business days, and I could verify the fix myself once I was into the portal directly.
What was disappointing
The platform feels dated compared to newer review tools, and it isn't always intuitive to find what you need. Support responses tend to take a while, so issues can stretch out longer than they need to. Our bulk import of older reviews was the hardest part: it's handled as a special process without a guarantee, timelines were hard to pin down and we ended up checking the results against our older records ourselves. If I could improve one thing, it would be faster, more proactive support that flags what didn't go through so customers don't have to find it on their own.
