Identify problem customers before you ship.

Bad Customer helps you avoid shipping goods to customers who have a habit of charging back their purchases or make excessive refund requests. We say enough is enough. Bad Customer isn't like other anti-fraud tools. Most anti-fraud tools use algorithms to try to look for suspicious activity. We think the solution is much less complicated; we identify the "bad customers" by looking at their chargeback history with other sites.

Years of use:

2-3 years

Relationship with this product:

I both used it and influenced the buying decisions

Still use this tool:

Yes

Importance:

Valuable but not essential

What exceeded expectations

It is good at tagging orders that have been problematic in the past.

What was disappointing

It does not use those tags to then take any action. I would love for it to see several tagged orders in a row from the same customer or other buyer behavior and flag it.
