What exceeded expectations
The app is easy to implement and does a good job capturing demand for sold out products. It helps recover potential lost revenue by notifying customers automatically once items are restocked. I also appreciate how simple it is for customers to sign up and how it integrates directly with product pages without disrupting the shopping experience.
What was disappointing
The activity report email provides high level numbers, but it doesn’t break down new signups by specific dates in a clear, chronological way. There isn’t an easy way to see daily signup trends or isolate demand spikes over time. Instead, the list continues to accumulate without a structured date based breakdown, which makes it harder to analyze performance around specific drops or restocks. Adding clearer date segmentation and daily reporting in the email summary would make the insights much more actionable.

I would like to have an account manager I can talk too. They are responsive by email but i really like to be able to talk to someone regarding our account every so often.
