What exceeded expectations
The AOV has shot up significantly since we started using ALIA especially true for ALIA driven sales.
What was disappointing
I think the styling etc. may be difficult to manage but quite frankly I haven't really given it a shot since we receive terrific support from the ALIA team.

Still in the discovery period but so far so good. It gives me an opportunity to really speak to our clients and is contributing positively to the number of people who sign up for our email and sms lists.
What was disappointing
It wasn't as easy to install as I might have hoped but the company has amazing customer service. They really took ownership of the installation and customized everything for me.
