What exceeded expectations

I think its great for customers who do not have an account with us to check their status of their order. Also love the customization around the emails that get sent out and reminders for the customer. We also used it to include a discount for additional purchases.

What was disappointing

Sometimes if things are not entered exactly, it won't locate the order, but other than that not really any issues other than cost.
