What exceeded expectations

Not exactly a super vital tool in the toolbox, but it lets me pretty up my products with cute banners and such, which scratches the itch for prettiness.

What was disappointing

Had some issues with the positioning of the banners and getting them to display correctly, but the support team sorted it out for me quickly and easily. No complaints.
