If you’re looking to upgrade your subscription on the AppStoreResearch platform from the Pro plan to the Plus plan, follow these simple steps to ensure a seamless transition.

Step 1: Cancel your current Pro plan subscription

• Log In to your account on the AppStoreResearch platform.

• Navigate to the Billing Settings page under your account settings.

• Click Manage Billing Details.

• On the Stripe page, select the option to Cancel Subscription. This will stop your current billing cycle immediately.

• Don't worry: Your remaining recruitment credits will still be available during the transition.

Step 2: Subscribe to the Plus Plan

• After canceling the Pro Plan, click Upgrade and Save button.

• Follow the steps to complete the payment for the Plus Plan by clicking Upgrade to Plus or Pricing

Step 3: Confirm the upgrade

• Once you subscribe to the Plus Plan, your new billing cycle will start immediately.

• All recruitment credits and features included in the Plus Plan will be available for use right away.
