We offer 2 main payment options at AppStoreResearch:

1. Paying as you go via credit card – Pay-as-you-go plan

2. Purchasing credit in advance via credit – Plus or Pro plan

Participants’ incentives are paid separately for completed interviews. Incentives start at $85 with no upper limit.Email receipts for purchased credits are sent to the email used for registration.

Pay as you go

The plan allows you to begin your project without upfront payment. Once you add a credit card to your profile, you can get started immediately. After each interview, pay participants using the credit card for completed interviews only. In the Pay-as-you-go plan, you can either accept or decline project applicants, but you can't invite people from our list of 1400+ vetted merchants.

Pro and Plus – purchasing credits

You have the option to buy recruitment credits upfront with the Pro and Plus plans, saving on recruitment fees compared to the Pay-as-you-go plan. With these subscription plans, you can see the complete list of participants, their details, apply advanced filters based on various criteria, and invite them to your project. This is the optimal method for complete platform access and inviting merchants through filters and save money on recruiting fees. You can always purchase additional recruitment credits if you run out of them.

But don't worry, if you're not ready for a subscription plan just yet, our Pay-as-you-go option still gives you the flexibility to pay only for the completed interviews that meet your criteria.

• PRO subscription, it’s a quarterly prepayment of the recruitment fee equal to 15 recruitment credits. 

• PLUS subscription, it’s a quarterly prepayment of the recruitment fee equal to 36 recruitment credits. 

• For subscription plans, unused recruitment credits roll over to the next billing period.
