If I realize that a participant is not suitable, what should I do?
If you determine that the participant is not a suitable match for your research, you have the option to end the call within the first 10 minutes without any fees or payments. Make the most of these initial 10 minutes.
If that happens to you, reach out to hello@appstoreresearch.com within the first 24 hours. Provide the participant's name, and we will ensure you are not charged for the call if it did not occur.
