How to pre-select participants

If you’re on a Pro or Plus plan with app store research, you can pre-select participants for your research and invite them directly to your project.

To get started, create a project and navigate to the Participants page.

Filter Participants to Find the Right Match

On the Participants page, you can narrow down your search using filters such as:

• Country

• Role

• Location

• Shop category

• Team size

• Shopify plan

• Monthly revenue

These filters help you quickly find participants that match your research criteria.

Review Participant Profiles

Click on a participant’s name to view their full profile, including:

• Bio and background

• App stack

• Other relevant details

You’ll also see reviews from other researchers, sharing their experience working with this participant.

Save Participants to Review Later

You can bookmark participants by clicking the heart icon on their profile.

• This adds them to your Favourited Participants list

• You can revisit this page anytime to continue your selection process

Invite Participants to Your Project

If a participant looks like a good fit:

1. Click Invite Participant

2. Return to the list to invite additional participants

3. Adjust filters as needed to fine-tune your search
