Can I pay incentive off the platform

No, it's not allowed. All research participants recruited on the platform must receive payment through the platform. AppStoreResearch compensates participants who finish a project via PayPal.


Payments must go through the platform for a few reasons:

1. It protects both researchers and participants in case of payment dispute.

2. Getting paid confirms that participants fulfilled their responsibilities, enhancing their reputation on the platform.
