What exceeded expectations
Gorgias is a very straightforward customer service technology. They have additional features but in my experience the quality of the additional features is not on par with apps. For example, the AI customer shopping assistant is not as good as apps that specialize in that technology, such as Rep.
What was disappointing
As above, plus the company has terrible customer support. It is almost impossible to get interaction with a human.

Lack of AI personalization out of box. Created friction in the early days of AI agent, but with some optimization it worked out great.
