Senior Manager Ecommerce at a prestige beauty company with a portfolio of luxury brands (hired through The Advocate Group), London. You own the D2C P&L for an assigned cluster of prestige beauty brands and drive trading across conversion, AOV, sales, promotions, stock and merchandising, setting priorities across D2C and retailer.com. It is a matrix role: you coordinate central CRM, Media, Digital and Operations teams, plan stock, exclusives and promotions with Supply Chain and Demand Planning, and align Brand, Commercial and Finance around one cluster plan. Fit if you have: strong ecommerce trading and P&L experience, a background in beauty, luxury or premium consumer, hands-on D2C platforms (ideally Shopify) with CMS and analytics tools, and experience influencing across a matrix organisation. Salary not stated.

Would you like to join one of the world’s most prestigious beauty companies, home to a portfolio of iconic luxury brands with a global presence?

The brand is looking for an experienced Senior E-commerce Manager to own D2C commercial performance across an assigned portfolio of prestige beauty brands. This is a high-impact role where you will set the online growth agenda for your cluster and coordinate teams across the wider organisation to deliver it.

You’ll own the commercial agenda across D2C, working across trading, customer experience, merchandising, promotions and performance, while influencing central specialist teams across CRM, Media, Digital and Operations.

The Role:

  • Own the D2C P&L across an assigned portfolio of prestige beauty brands.

  • Drive trading performance across conversion, AOV, sales, promotions, stock and merchandising.

  • Set integrated online priorities across D2C and retailer.com, ensuring clear sequencing and commercial focus.

  • Coordinate central specialist teams to deliver against your cluster priorities.

  • Partner with CRM to shape customer journeys around trading and consumer priorities.

  • Work with Media teams on traffic and acquisition priorities.

  • Coordinate stock, exclusives and promotional plans with Supply Chain and Demand Planning.

  • Use performance data and shared scorecards to identify opportunities and drive action.

  • Work closely with Brand, Commercial, Finance and wider stakeholders to align teams around one cluster plan.

  • Challenge, influence, and escalate as needed to ensure delivery against commercial priorities.

About You:

  • Strong experience in e-commerce trading and P&L management.

  • Experience within beauty, luxury, premium consumer or a similarly high-touch environment.

  • Hands-on experience with D2C platforms, ideally Shopify, alongside CMS, merchandising and analytics tools.

  • Strong understanding of conversion, AOV, traffic, stock and promotional performance.

  • Comfortable working across CRM, Media, SEO and content, even where you don't directly own the budgets.

  • Proven experience coordinating delivery across a matrix organisation.

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

  • Confident challenging, negotiating and making commercial trade-offs.

  • Commercially driven, highly collaborative and comfortable working at pace.

  • A genuine consumer-first mindset, with the ability to balance multiple brands and priorities.

If the role and responsibilities sound like a good fit for you, then I’d love to speak to you!
