About the Role
As Senior Ecommerce Manager, you own the Shopify storefront as a revenue channel. You are directly accountable for site revenue, conversion rate (CVR), and AOV. This is a hands-on operator role. You are responsible for identifying opportunities, making decisions quickly, and executing improvements across the full funnel, from landing page through checkout. You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience, while owning the conversion of traffic into revenue.

Continuously improve conversion rate, AOV, and overall funnel efficiency
Apply strong merchandising judgment to optimize product visibility, assortment, and on-site performance
Operate with high accountability and deliver clear, measurable impact
Core Responsibilities
Revenue & Funnel Performance
Own site revenue, CVR, and AOV end-to-end
Diagnose funnel drop-off and implement improvements across PDP → cart →checkout
Prioritize and execute high-impact optimizations quickly
Conversion Optimization (CRO)
Lead and execute CRO roadmap (testing, UX improvements, iteration)
Identify friction points and remove them decisively
Optimize mobile-first experience across key touch points
Shopify Ownership
Directly manage and optimize Shopify storefront
Own site structure, navigation, and performance
Maintain site speed, stability, and technical health
Evaluate and implement tools that improve conversion or efficiency
Merchandising & Product Strategy
Own on-site merchandising (collections, sorting, product visibility)
Drive AOV, sell-through, and margin through product placement and bundling
Align inventory, launches, and merchandising to revenue outcomes
Campaign & Launch
ExecutionOwn on-site execution for product drops, promotions, and campaigns
Ensure traffic lands on high-converting experiences
QA and launch with speed and precision
Customer Journey Optimization
Improve clarity around sizing, fit, shipping, and returns
Leverage CX data to reduce returns and friction
Optimize end-to-end shopping experience
Analytics & Insights
Monitor performance across Shopify and analytics tools
Identify trends, issues, and opportunities
Translate data into clear actions
Qualifications
5+ years ecommerce experience (fashion preferred)
Shopify expertise required
Experience with CRO, UX, merchandising, and analytics tools
Experience tracking and reporting on ecommerce performance and marketing effectiveness
Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and tools such as Google Analytics 4, Shopify Analytics, Search & Merch, Tapcart, ERP, Shopify Launchpad, Excel, and Google Sheets
Experience managing third-party tools, vendors, or platform relationships preferred
Required Skills
Proven track record improving conversion rate and funnel performance
Deep, hands-on Shopify experience
Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs (CVR, AOV, LTV, CAC)
Ability to think strategically and execute directly
Strong merchandising instincts (fashion/apparel preferred)
High ownership mindset with bias for action
Preferred Skills
Experience managing third-party tools, vendors, or platform relationships preferred
Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
