💊DTC Health & Wellness Scale-up

💸£70,000 - £85,000 + up to 30% Bonus

📌SW London (4 days per week office based)

Want to take what you’ve learned scaling a DTC brand and do it again with genuine ownership?

Our client is a fast-growing DTC consumer business targeting £15m revenue this year, with annual growth of circa 20-25%. Already established across the UK and Europe, with further international expansion planned, the business is investing in its next phase of digital growth and is looking for someone who can make a measurable commercial impact.

The Head of Ecommerce will take ownership of online performance, with a particular focus on CRO, landing pages and creating seamless customer journeys from paid creative through to conversion.

This isn't a role where you'll spend your days setting up Meta campaigns. Specialist agencies are already in place. Instead, you'll understand the performance numbers, challenge recommendations and connect acquisition strategy with what happens when customers reach the website.

You’ll work closely with the founders and an in-house creative specialist, giving you the freedom to identify opportunities, test ideas and turn them into live customer experiences without layers of corporate sign-off.

Role Highlights:

  • Own website trading, CRO and commercial performance across multiple markets

  • Build landing experiences that connect paid creative with customer intent

  • Lead experimentation across PDPs, landing pages, navigation, offers and checkout

  • Improve conversion, AOV and revenue per session through customer insight and testing

  • Direct specialist paid media, email and digital partners around commercial priorities

You Will Need:

  • Strong Ecommerce experience gained within a scaling DTC or consumer brand

  • Ideally you will have worked within Health, Fitness, Wellness, Tech or branded Consumer environments

  • Comfortable working in a founder-led business with a lean team

  • Deep understanding of CRO, landing pages, experimentation and customer journeys

  • Commercial knowledge of paid media metrics including CAC, ROAS and MER

  • Experience connecting advertising messages with high converting on-site experiences

  • A track record of using data and customer behaviour to drive profitable growth

  • Shopify exposure is a bonus

  • Entrepreneurial, curious and hungry for growth

Why You’ll Love It:

  • Join a business growing YoY

  • Influence revenue, CRO and digital strategy rather than owning one narrow channel

  • Work directly with the founders with genuine freedom to test your ideas

  • Help shape international growth across existing and new markets

  • Work across regular new product launches and premium customer propositions

  • Join a small, hands-on environment where your impact will be highly visible

Questions you can expect in the interview

Drawn from this posting. None of them repeat on another job.

1.The posting says you will not be setting up Meta campaigns - agencies do that. How do you challenge an agency recommendation when they have more data than you?
2.This is about connecting paid creative to the landing experience. Walk us through how you would audit that connection today.
3.You would work directly with founders in a lean team with no corporate sign-off. What do you do when a founder wants something the data does not support?
4.Revenue per session is named alongside conversion and AOV. Why does that metric matter differently?
5.The business targets fifteen million with twenty to twenty-five percent growth. Where does that growth come from first in your view?
