Is this job right for you?

Five requirements pulled from the posting.

1.3+ years' eCommerce experience, ideally within a retail environment.
2.Proven experience managing a multi-brand or multi-channel online store.
3.Strong knowledge of eCommerce, online merchandising, SEO, SEM and UX.
4.Experience with Shopify Plus and Google Analytics.
5.A proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.

Questions you can expect in the interview

Drawn from this posting. None of them repeat on another job.

1.The role covers merchandising, SEO, SEM, analytics and customer experience at once. When a week's sales come in under plan, which of those do you look at first?
2.You would manage a multi-brand or multi-channel online store. How do you stop the smaller brands getting whatever attention is left over?
3.The posting asks you to turn data and digital opportunities into commercial results. Tell us about something in the analytics that led to a decision, and what the decision was.
4.You would manage relationships with external digital marketing agencies while reporting to an Operations Manager. How do you hold an agency to account when you are not the budget holder?
5.You would own product enrichment and make sure products are activated accurately and on time. What does bad product data cost a retailer in ways people do not immediately notice?
