AI SUMMARY

Ecommerce Specialist at Love to Dream (baby sleepwear brand trusted by parents worldwide), in Zetland, NSW. You bring new products to market across five countries (AU, US, UK, EU and CA): creating and enriching products in the PIM, getting them live in Shopify, building launch landing pages, collection pages and navigation with theme sections and templates, and keeping product data, naming and taxonomy consistent. You also handle launch localisation with AI tools and translation services, keep the ecommerce critical path and landing calendar current, set up bundles and multibuys, work with the SEO agency on product-level SEO, and report on the first four weeks of trade for each launch. Fit if you have: strong hands-on Shopify including templates and theme sections, product data at scale (ideally in a PIM), excellent attention to detail, multi-market or localisation experience, on-page SEO and curiosity about AI. Salary not stated. You get access to Claude and an internal AI platform.

Do you know your way around Shopify and get a genuine kick out of seeing a product you worked on go live? We're looking for a detail-driven and highly organised eCommerce Specialist to join our growing team at Love to Dream™, a globally loved baby sleepwear brand trusted by millions of parents worldwide.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You'll help bring new products to market across five countries, from loading them in our PIM through to building the pages and getting them live in Shopify. You'll work closely with our eCommerce, Product and Brand teams, and you'll have the support and mentoring to grow quickly. You'll also be at the centre of how we use AI, with real access, real tools and the freedom to find better ways of working.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Bring new products to market, from product creation in our PIM through to enrichment and go live in Shopify across AU, US, UK, EU and CA.

  • Build launch landing pages, new collection pages and navigation using Shopify theme sections and templates.

  • Maintain product data quality as our range grows, keeping attributes, naming and taxonomy accurate and consistent.

  • Manage launch localisation across our markets, using AI tools and translation services so every market goes live accurately and on time.

  • Keep the Ecom Critical Path and Landing Calendar up to date, so Product, Brand, Merchandise Planning and Digital stay aligned to launch dates.

  • Set up and test launch offers, including bundles and multibuys.

  • Work with our SEO agency on product level SEO and URL structure for new launches.

  • Report on the first four weeks of trade for every new launch at our weekly trade meeting.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong hands-on Shopify experience, including building and editing templates, theme sections and landing pages.

  • Experience working with product data at scale, ideally within a PIM.

  • Genuinely detail obsessed, with a track record of accurate, error free work to deadline.

  • Exposure to working across multiple markets or languages, including localisation and translation.

  • Comfortable with ecommerce performance data and happy to share findings with the wider team.

  • Working knowledge of on-page SEO and how it applies to product and collection pages.

  • Curious about AI and keen to use it to work faster and better.

Why Join Us?

At Love to Dream™, we're passionate about helping babies sleep better, and we apply the same care to our team. You'll join a warm, energetic and purpose-driven culture where curiosity, collaboration and continuous improvement are genuinely valued.

We're also investing seriously in AI. You'll have access to Claude and our internal AI platform, along with the time and support to build your skills with it. If you want a role where you own something visible, work across five global markets and see your work go live every month, this is a great place to build your career. APPLY NOW!

Questions you can expect in the interview

Drawn from this posting. None of them repeat on another job.

1.You would bring new products to market across AU, US, UK, EU and CA, from the PIM to Shopify. Walk us through what you check before a product goes live in five markets on the same day.
2.You would build launch landing pages and collection pages with Shopify theme sections and templates. Tell us about a page you built and how you made it easy to reuse.
3.You would manage launch localisation using AI tools and translation services. Where do you trust AI translation, and where do you insist on a human check?
4.You would keep product data, naming and taxonomy consistent as the range grows. How would you spot inconsistencies before they reach the site?
