AI SUMMARY

Ecommerce Growth Manager at a premium consumer brand in health, wellness and performance (hired through Pivotal London), hybrid from a central London office. You own the onsite customer journey from landing page to checkout with a focus on conversion, AOV and customer value. That means owning the CRO roadmap and structured A/B tests, optimising product and landing pages for different audiences and campaigns, presenting subscription and repeat-purchase offers better, and running the Shopify store hands-on, from launches and collections to accurate pricing and availability, with developers for bigger changes. You work with Paid Media, Brand, Creative, Retention and Operations. Fit if you have: 3+ yrs in ecommerce, CRO, experimentation or growth at a DTC brand, hands-on Shopify, measurable improvements to product or landing pages, and a grasp of CVR, AOV, CAC and LTV (subscription experience is a strong plus). Salary not stated.

Ecommerce Growth Manager

London | Hybrid | Permanent

Our client is a fast-growing premium consumer brand operating within the health, wellness and performance space. With a highly engaged community, strong DTC presence and ambitious plans for its next stage of growth, they’re looking for an Ecommerce Growth Manager to take ownership of the onsite customer journey and unlock the next phase of digital growth.

The Opportunity

Join an ambitious, high-growth consumer brand at an exciting stage of its journey.

Own and optimise the customer journey from landing page through to checkout, with a clear focus on conversion, AOV and customer value.

Build a best-in-class CRO and experimentation roadmap, using data and customer insight to identify and prioritise the biggest commercial opportunities.

Take real ownership of the website as a commercial growth channel, working closely with Growth, Brand, Creative, Retention and Operations.

Play a key role in shaping how new and existing products are presented, tested and sold online.

Responsibilities

Conversion & Experimentation

  • Own the CRO roadmap, prioritising opportunities based on commercial impact, customer behaviour and evidence.

  • Develop hypotheses and run structured A/B tests across landing pages, product pages, basket and checkout.

  • Use GA4, customer insight, session recordings, heatmaps and other data sources to identify friction and growth opportunities.

  • Analyse test results and translate findings into clear commercial actions.

  • Build a continuous culture of experimentation rather than relying on instinct.

Ecommerce & Customer Journey

  • Own and continuously improve the onsite customer journey from acquisition through to purchase.

  • Optimise product detail pages to improve conversion rate, AOV and overall customer experience.

  • Develop and test landing pages aligned to different audiences, propositions and acquisition campaigns.

  • Identify opportunities around cross-sell, upsell, bundles and personalisation without compromising conversion.

  • Improve how subscription and repeat-purchase propositions are presented throughout the purchase journey.

Shopify & Site Management

  • Take hands-on ownership of the Shopify store, including product launches, collections, navigation and onsite content.

  • Ensure product, pricing, promotional and availability information remains accurate and commercially effective.

  • Work closely with developers to deliver larger site improvements and technical changes.

  • Maintain a prioritised website roadmap and ensure projects move from idea through to delivery.

  • Troubleshoot and coordinate resolution of onsite issues when required.

Commercial & Data-Led Growth

  • Monitor core ecommerce metrics including revenue, CVR, AOV, subscription uptake and customer behaviour.

  • Understand how onsite performance impacts wider acquisition economics, including CAC and LTV.

  • Identify material changes in performance, investigate the underlying causes and recommend action.

  • Use data to determine where the biggest commercial opportunities sit rather than simply maintaining the status quo.

  • Clearly communicate priorities, performance and learnings to senior stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Paid Media to ensure a seamless journey between ads and landing experiences.

  • Work with Brand and Creative to develop high-performing onsite assets while maintaining a premium customer experience.

  • Collaborate with Retention on subscription and repeat-purchase opportunities.

  • Work alongside Operations on stock, fulfilment and product launches.

  • Coordinate external developers and other partners to ensure website priorities are delivered effectively.

Your Profile

  • 3+ years' experience within ecommerce, digital product, CRO, experimentation or a closely related growth role.

  • Experience working within a DTC or digitally led consumer business.

  • Strong understanding of conversion optimisation, experimentation and A/B testing.

  • Comfortable working hands-on with Shopify.

  • Proven experience improving product pages, landing pages or purchase journeys with measurable commercial impact.

  • Highly analytical and comfortable using data to identify problems, form hypotheses and make decisions.

  • Commercially minded, with an understanding of metrics such as CVR, AOV, CAC and LTV.

  • Experience within a subscription or repeat-purchase business would be highly advantageous.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where you'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

  • Curious, proactive and motivated by finding opportunities rather than simply maintaining existing processes.

  • An interest in health, wellness, sport or active lifestyles would be a plus.

What’s On Offer

  • Join a high-growth consumer brand at a pivotal stage of its development.

  • Genuine ownership of a commercially critical part of the customer journey.

  • Opportunity to build and shape the ecommerce experimentation roadmap rather than inherit a finished playbook.

  • Work closely with senior leadership in a lean, ambitious and entrepreneurial environment.

  • Significant opportunity to influence how the business approaches conversion, customer experience and digital growth.

  • Hybrid working from a Central London office.
