E-Commerce Coordinator at imogene + willie (handcrafted denim brand made in the USA since 2009), in-person in Nashville, TN, reporting to the Digital Marketing & Content Director. You are the point of contact between production and ecommerce, so styles move from development to launch with accurate copy, garment measurements, imagery and size recommendations. You build and maintain product pages in Shopify, re-merchandise collections, track inventory and sales trends, keep the website clean from homepage to navigation, and manage the product photo archive. Fit if you have: 2+ yrs in digital marketing or ecommerce, hands-on Shopify product listing, working knowledge of Google Analytics, spreadsheet comfort and a good eye for photography and layout. Salary not stated. Benefits: medical, dental and vision insurance, PTO, employer-matched 401(k), product discounts.

This role will support the day-to-day operation of our e-commerce efforts, coordinating deliverables from the creative, production, and marketing teams from concept to launch across collections and product pages. They will also keep a close eye on overall website functionality and aesthetics to ensure an online experience that is aligned with our brand standards.

This is a full-time, in-person role based in Nashville, TN, reporting to the Digital Marketing & Content Director.

Qualifications

  • Comfort with spreadsheets for tracking inventory and sales.

  • A strong eye for photography, layout, and brand consistency, and a genuine interest in apparel.
