3.Coordinate and support UAT with merchants; document and track issues in tools such as Linear or Jira.

Questions you can expect in the interview

Drawn from this posting. None of them repeat on another job.

1.You would facilitate discovery meetings and turn merchant requirements into Shopify-native or custom solutions. How do you decide when Shopify's native capability is enough and when custom work is justified?
2.Teifi works with large catalogues, legacy systems and B2B. What breaks first when a merchant with a big legacy catalogue moves onto Shopify Plus?
3.The role includes coordinating and supporting UAT. Tell us about a UAT round that caught something late, and what you changed in how you run them.
4.The posting says AI is embedded in how the team works and expects you to use it day to day. Where does AI genuinely help in discovery and requirements, and where would you not trust it?
5.You would act as the bridge between merchants and the delivery team. Tell us about a time those two wanted different things and how you resolved it.
