Questions you can expect in the interview

Drawn from this posting. None of them repeat on another job.

1.You would lead both the owned DTC business and Amazon for the Americas, including Prime events and catalogue health. How do you keep the two channels differentiated so they do not undercut each other?
2.The posting asks for ownership of revenue, GMV, profitability and market share. When a promotion lifts GMV but hurts profitability, how do you decide whether to run it again?
3.You would lead an integrated team of around 4-5 people across DTC, Amazon and operations. How do you set decision rights and a weekly rhythm for a team that small?
4.You would be the key link between the Americas organisation and global digital commerce teams. Tell us about a time a global priority did not fit the local market and what you did.
5.iRobot sells durable devices with accessories and replenishment items. How do you use those to grow repeat purchase on a DTC site?
