AI SUMMARY

Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Manager at ALLFENIX (Melbourne-born, Pilates-first activewear brand), at the new Mentone HQ in Victoria. You own the commercial side of the online business: website conversion, merchandising and product pages on Shopify, paid acquisition across Meta, Google and TikTok with the agency and in-house team, Klaviyo email and SMS flows, campaigns and segmentation, the launch and promotional calendar, and reporting on revenue, CVR, AOV, CAC, ROAS, retention and LTV. You also work with Brand, Content and Creative so what goes to market is both on brand and commercially effective. Fit if you have: strong ecommerce experience (ideally fashion, activewear or beauty), confidence with paid media budgets and performance data, hands-on Klaviyo, an understanding of how Shopify merchandising, UX and CRO affect conversion, and a genuine interest in Pilates and activewear. Salary not stated. Perks include an on-site Pilates studio and infrared sauna, birthday leave, free samples and 50% off products.

Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Manager | ALLFENIX | Mentone

ALLFENIX is a Melbourne-born, Pilates-first activewear brand with big plans for what comes next.

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Manager to take ownership of the commercial side of our online business. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how all the pieces of ecommerce work together, from paid media and website conversion through to CRM, retention and the customer journey.

You’ll be close to the numbers and close to the brand. You’ll know what’s driving revenue, where we’re losing customers and where the opportunities are. More importantly, you’ll be someone who wants to do something about it.

This isn’t a role where you’ll simply manage an agency or report on performance. We want someone who is curious, commercially minded and comfortable getting into the detail.

What you’ll own

  • Website performance including conversion rate, merchandising, product pages and customer experience

  • Paid acquisition across Meta, Google and TikTok, working closely with our agency and internal marketing team

  • Email and SMS through Klaviyo, including flows, campaigns, segmentation and ongoing optimisation

  • Ecommerce planning around product launches, campaigns, promotions and key trading periods

  • Site merchandising, ensuring the right products, collections and stories are being surfaced at the right time

  • Digital performance reporting across revenue, CVR, AOV, CAC, ROAS, retention and LTV

  • Identifying opportunities across the customer journey and turning them into actions

  • Growing repeat purchase and building a stronger retention and CRM strategy

  • Working closely with Brand, Content and Creative to make sure what we put into market is both on-brand and commercially effective

You’ll be a great fit if you

  • Have strong ecommerce experience, ideally within fashion, activewear, beauty or another fast-moving consumer brand

  • Understand paid media and are confident working with budgets, CAC, ROAS and performance data

  • Have hands-on Klaviyo experience and understand what a strong lifecycle program looks like

  • Understand Shopify and how merchandising, UX and CRO impact conversion

  • Are analytical, but don’t need to be told what to do with the numbers

  • Naturally look for ways to improve things rather than waiting for a brief

  • Can move between the detail and the bigger commercial picture

  • Care about brand as much as performance

  • Have a genuine interest in fashion, activewear, Pilates and the customer we’re building ALLFENIX for

Why ALLFENIX

We’re a growing team and there’s a lot happening. New product, new categories, new markets and a clear ambition for where we want to take the brand.

You’ll have genuine ownership of your area and direct input into how we grow the business. We move quickly, we’re open to testing new ideas and good ideas don’t need to go through five layers of approval before they happen.

Our new Mentone HQ includes our own Pilates studio and infrared sauna, along with on-site parking. Other perks include birthday leave, free samples and 50% off all products.

Most importantly, this is an opportunity to join ALLFENIX at a point where there is still a lot to build and have a real impact on what the next stage of the brand looks like.

Sound like you? We’d love to hear from you.
