Questions you can expect in the interview

Drawn from this posting. None of them repeat on another job.

1.Xcotton embeds shipping protection and warranty products at checkout. How do you convince a merchant to add anything to a checkout they have spent years simplifying?
2.The posting asks you to spot churn risk before it happens. What signals tell you an account is drifting while the numbers still look fine?
3.You would bring merchant insights back to Product and Underwriting. Tell us about feedback you pushed through that changed the product rather than the pitch.
4.Your bonus is tied to retention and expansion. When those two pull against each other on a single account, which do you protect?
5.You would lead new key accounts through setup and training. What does a good first 30 days look like for a merchant who just signed?
