CRO & Shopify Website Manager at Profiles Creative, United Kingdom - Remote, Full-time. You own a fast-growing digital d2c storefront without wading through layers of a big corporate? Profiles Creative is seeking a talented CRO & Shopify Website. Stack: Shopify, TikTok, Google Analytics, Liquid, Recharge, Shopify Plus. Fit if you have: Shopify Plus, Liquid, GA4, CRO. Pay: 45K GBP/yr - 55K GBP/yr.

Ready to take genuine commercial ownership of a fast-growing digital d2c storefront without wading through layers of a big corporate?

Profiles Creative is seeking a talented CRO & Shopify Website Manager for a full-time, permanent, remote role based in the United Kingdom. In this position, you will be the driving force behind storefront performance, bridging analytical experimentation and hands-on execution. Instead of delivering speculative slide decks, you will actively dissect the conversion funnel, roll out high-converting landing pages, and optimise the direct-to-consumer journey to ensure every visit delivers maximum commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take complete ownership of the end-to-end CRO roadmap, prioritising experiments across the entire funnel—from pre-landers and product detail pages to cart and checkout.

  • Oversee day-to-day Shopify storefront management, including theme customisation, navigation, merchandising, site speed optimisation, and app integrations.

  • Build, launch, and refine dedicated landing pages, advertorials, and campaign assets tailored to paid media traffic from channels like Meta and TikTok.

  • Analyse quantitative metrics alongside qualitative user research—leveraging Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, heatmaps, and session recordings to uncover drop-offs and friction points.

  • Drive core ecommerce KPIs, focusing on conversion rates (CVR), average order value (AOV), and revenue per session through strategic upsells, cross-sells, and bundles.

  • Collaborate closely with paid media and creative teams to align off-site marketing hooks seamlessly with on-site user experiences.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated success running impactful CRO programmes and managing storefronts within high-growth DTC ecommerce environments.

  • Hands-on technical capability in Shopify, including practical familiarity with HTML, CSS, Liquid, section editing, and Shopify page builders.

  • Proven ability to interpret ecommerce analytics, run structured A/B testing frameworks, and turn data-led insights into live storefront changes.

  • Deep understanding of paid social traffic dynamics, crafting tailored landing pages and PDP experiences specifically for cold audiences.

  • Strong commercial acumen centred on revenue generation, contribution margin, and practical checkout optimisation.

  • Based in the United Kingdom with existing right to work (visa sponsorship is not available for this role).

Nice-to-have

  • Prior experience scaling 7-figure or 8-figure DTC ecommerce brands.

  • Familiarity with subscription programs, Recharge, and complex bundling strategies.

  • Working knowledge of Shopify Plus, along with strong conversion-led copywriting instincts and UI design sensibilities.

Questions you can expect in the interview

Drawn from this posting. None of them repeat on another job.

1.The posting draws a line between delivering speculative slide decks and actually dissecting the funnel. What does that distinction look like in your week?
2.You would build landing pages and advertorials for paid traffic from Meta and TikTok. How does a page for TikTok traffic differ from one built for Meta?
3.The role pairs quantitative metrics with heatmaps and session recordings. Tell us about something session recordings showed you that the analytics had hidden.
4.You would own CVR, AOV and revenue per session. Which of those three do you optimise first on a storefront you have just inherited, and why?
5.This is a fully remote role with complete commercial ownership and no corporate layers. What do you need in place to work that way without drifting?
