What exceeded expectations

Yotpo was among the first solutions we used and met our expectations of collecting Reviews in bulk at somewhat affordable prices. The UGC, sharing review & syndication features are also quite useful.

What was disappointing

It is extremely expensive compared to other Review platforms - we somehow negotiated a reasonable price but it didn't justify the pricing at the beginning. Sharing reviews across different countries / instances is also very difficult, cumbersome and expensive - there can definitely be improvements in this area. Integration with Google also requires upgrade to the Plan which is a bit of an issue - usually ends up with signing an extended contract locking you further in the Yotpo ecosystem.
