We moved from a cart page to a rebuy cart drawer and felt this improved the customer experience. The recommendation engine is stronger than what we used previously.

What was disappointing

A lot of their bells and whistles are half-baked and don't suit most scenarios where you need them. The app has also gotten expensive.

What was disappointing

It's a pain to set up and navigate. If something is broken, and you want to change something like a discount, communicate it's a circus, especially if you are wearing multiple hats.

Setup gets technical fast. Widgets, data sources, placement customization—sometimes you really need to roll up your sleeves to implement things properly. A more intuitive configuration UI would lower the barrier, especially for non-dev users who want to test new placements quickly.
