really great email SMS push platform which works like Klaviyo but at a lower cost. Easy to use, I have enjoyed it so far
What was disappointing
Omnisend is a bit expesnive for my small shop but also doesn't really have a great AI powered suggestions element to increase open rates or efficacy. I would love to get tailored suggestions based on the data and ROI

What exceeded expectations
Migration to omnisend was stress-free. I loved the ability to fully integrate with shopify, without the need for additional apps. This used to be the case with Mailchimp, the previous email platform used.
What was disappointing
I would like to see a better, native integration with AI tools, especially Claude and Gemini.

Migration to omnisend was stress-free. I loved the ability to fully integrate with shopify, without the need for additional apps. This used to be the case with Mailchimp, the previous email platform used.

I would like to see a better, native integration with AI tools, especially Claude and Gemini.

I appreciate its simplicity, yet hidden power. for example, the beta AI segmentation feature is cool, but flawed. They are also shipping new features every month and seem to offer a lot of help without heavy wait times
What was disappointing
Design wise, it's still a little clunky and simple. I would like more modern and design forward themes similar to flodesk. I hope their AI segmenting becomes more accurate over time as that would save me a lot of mental time trying to figure out which groups to send my email to.

The only minor downside has been a few missing or less extensive integrations compared to Klaviyo, but honestly, it hasn’t been a big deal and hasn’t impacted our overall performance.
