What exceeded expectations
Attentive is not only the leader in SMS but also the leader in customer service. They by far have the best team that is willing to jump in and help you whenever you need to get anything done.
What was disappointing
Nothing i love this tool, only thing is that it is a bit pricey at times but thats more of the cost of sms.

Their pop-up tools and integrations with my e-commerce platform make it straightforward to create subscriber segments and launch automated text campaigns. I’ve also found their compliance features reassuring, since they help me stay on top of opt-ins and regulations. The platform’s analytics give me clear insights into click-through rates and conversions, and the straightforward interface makes it simple to schedule and personalize messages. All of this has translated into higher engagement and revenue, meeting or surpassing my expectations for an SMS marketing tool.
What was disappointing
Attentive’s cost can escalate as my list grows and I send more campaigns. While the ROI is generally strong, it’s worth planning for these increasing expenses. I’ve also found that if I want to segment or personalize SMS campaigns very granularly, it sometimes takes a bit more time to configure. A few of the pre-built templates can feel limited in terms of styling or branding options. Finally, although customer support is responsive, it might be beneficial if there were more robust tutorials or documentation for teams new to SMS marketing. These are areas where Attentive could improve to better serve my evolving business needs.
