I like the back end, interface and the abolity to sort thru creators and influencers
What was disappointing
Somehow I never was able to figure out how to run a profitable influencer campaign. people just took my toys and sometimes did nothing or made terrible content. There's no direct way to track sales that come from this system, and no accountability. And very little instruction.

Shopify Collabs is a really nice platform. The integration is seamless, and makes tracking collaborators' sales easy. I love how it pays them automatically too; this creates a lot more trust with collaborators.
What was disappointing
I wish it had technology to validate influencers as legit or not. It seems like many just have fake followers, and want free glasses. It hasn't generated any large amount of revenue for us.
