If researcher doesn’t show up on the call
We know that emergencies happen, but researchers are expected to make every effort to attend or reschedule interviews in a timely manner.
Here’s what happens if a researcher misses a call:
If the researcher cancels less than 3 hours before the call or doesn’t show up, both parties should try to reschedule.
If the researcher remains unresponsive and it’s not possible to charge them for the missed call, the participant will receive 50% of the agreed incentive for that session.
