How do I collect my incentives?

Follow these steps to collect your incentives.

1. Upon completion of the call, participants should mark it as Attended.

2. The next step is for the researcher to confirm that the call was completed. Within 2-5 business days, you will receive your incentive on your platform balance.

3. Once the money is reflected in your balance, you can request a payout via PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer. The payout will be processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that to request a payout, the balance should be a minimum of $150, and there is a 10% admin fee on all participant payouts.

Are there any fees for participants?

Yes, participant payouts are subject to a 10% admin fee.

We take a 10% admin fee on participants' payouts; this covers the 4-6% transaction fee taken by Stripe, which we cover when the researcher makes their payment, and the other 5% is our admin/service fee.
