Dealing with No-Show participants

If a participant misses their scheduled interview, here’s what to do:

  • Notify us: Email hello@appstoreresearch.com with the participant’s name so we can keep track.

  • No charges for you: You won’t be charged if a participant doesn’t show up. The participant will not receive their incentive.

  • Replacement participants: AppStoreResearch can provide a replacement participant in the same recruitment credit slot if needed.

  • Rescheduling: If you’d like, you can reschedule with the same participant. Reach out in the chat promptly to confirm a new time.

Following these steps helps keep interviews on track and ensures fairness for both researchers and participants.
