If a participant fails to attend their scheduled interview, please notify us via email at hello@appstoreresearch.com with the participant's name included.

No charges will be incurred for participants who don't show up and notify us, and they won't receive their incentive payment. AppStoreResearch will replace a failed participant with another one in the same recruitment credit slot to compensate the researcher.

If you prefer, you can reschedule the call with the same participant to conduct the interview at a more convenient time. We recommend reaching out to the participant in the chat as soon as possible to confirm your desire to reschedule.
